I am here
in the night
wondering,
thinking.

It rains outside,
cold
and scary in the dark.

I lay here
thinking about you
all day it seems.

I wonder
do you miss me
because I miss you.

This feels like eternity
being away from you.

I have butterflies
and smiles
just thinking about you.

This makes me want
to be with you in person
all so much more,
to see you're face.

In you're embrace
I wish to be,
you;
I seek.

I can't help
but feel
like I'm locked
in a tower
awaiting your rescue

I can't help
but wonder
how you feel
and if you miss me.

Being away from you
I hate it
So soon my prince
I will find you
we shall be once again.
